Massaro was requested by Berlusconi, joing Milan in the 1986/87 season. An attacking midfielder, he made an impact that season, scoring the goal that qualified Milan for the UEFA Cup, in a playoff with Sampdoria. He was loaned to Roma for the next season, but returned and provided Sacchi with options as he was very versatile in many positions. Under Capello, he became a striker, scoring 11 goals to assist Milan winning its 14th Scudetto. Massaro won 4 Scudetti, 2 European Champions Cups, 2 Intercontinental Cups, 2 European & 3 Italian Super Cups.

No other player in Milan's history besides Franco Baresi, has had a greater impact on  AC MIlan. 501 games and 20 seasons with Milan say it all. Joining Milan at 16, he proved to be a great midfielder with precise and breathtaking passes, combined with great dribbling skills and goals. Rivera will always be AC Milan's immortal icon. For the record, Rivera won 3 Scudetti, 2 European Champions Cups, 1 Intercontinetal Cup, 2 Cup Winners Cups & 4 Italian Cups. Rivera was also awarded the "Golden Ball" for Footballer of the Year in 1969.

Rosato was an athletic defender, being very effective while giving away few fouls. He had the ability to consistently beat his opponent, being Italy's best marker for several years. Rosato was superb in containing a certain Johan Crujff in the 1969 European Champions Cup final, which Milan won 4-1. Rosato won 1 Scudetto, 1 European Champions Cup, 1 Intercontinetal Cup, 2 Cup Winners Cups & 3 Italian Cups.

Sacchi was requested by Berlusconi himself, being seen as a risky decsion at the time since Sacchi had not coached a Serie A side before, while not having a background as a former player. Sacchi employed a zoning scheme with pressing by all players. This formula was not immediately successful, but it provided for spectacular football that would make Milan undisputed Kings. Milan dominated the international scene with Sacchi, winning 1 Scudetto, 2 European Champions Cups, 2 Intercontinetal Cups, 2 Supercups & 1 Italian Supercup. Sacchi later coached the Italian National Team to 2nd place in the 1994 World Cup, and returned as Milan coach for a brief period.

Dino Sani didn't resemble a footballer, exclaimed Nereo Rocco in training. Yet, Sani proved to be a splendid technician, playing deep in midfield, but also having the ability to score goals. He was an intelligent player filling Gunnar Gren's shoes, possessing great ball control and dribbling skills, combined with delicate touches. People loved the way he played, being a true artist. After 3 championships, he returned to Brazil. Sani won 1 Scudetto & 1 European Champions Cup with Milan.

Savicevic joined Milan from Red Star Belgrade, where he had won the European Champions Cup in 1991. He was already a great player then, providing great control & vision, but this did not stop Capello from keeping him on the bench for the majority of his first season. Savicevic forced his way into the team, with great performances, providing the Milan faithful with magic play, especially in the big matches, none more than in the 1994 European Cup final against Barcelona, where he was outstanding, scoring a wonder goal that will live on forever. Injuries finally took their toll, but Savicevic had already proved his worth to all. He won 3 Scudetti, 2 European Champions Cups, 1 European Supercup and 1Intercontinental Cup.

Along with Liedholm, one of the most complete players in the history of the game, Schiaffino was an amazing player, possessing great vision, control and ball skills in his play. He was always seemingly able to provide the perfect pass to others in better scoring positions, bamboozling his opponents, showing great determination in his desire to win. Schiaffino won 3 Scudetti & 1 Coppa Latina with Milan.

A powerful defender, Schnellinger was clinically efficient, providing reliability to the Milan defense. A man of few words, he will be remembered as a classical defender, and although he never scored for Milan, he managed to score for West Germany in the last moments of the 1970 World Cup semi-final against Italy, extending the match into extratime. Schnellinger won 1 Scudetto, 1 European Champions Cup, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 2 Cup Winners Cups & 3 Italian Cups.

He contributed a goal in Milans triumph over Ajax in the final of the 1969 European Champions Cup. Sormani won 1 Scudetto, 1 European Champions Cup, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 1 Cup Winners Cups & 1 Italian Cup.
