What happened? I just had business travel in last few days and it seems like this is an English BBS instead of the original CM3 forum anymore.

I can fully understand the problem you are having. Our IT service also block the access to install any software in company's computers. However, it is not perfessional to install a PC game in company owned computer. In some companies, people is goint to be fired because of such behaviour.
To be honest, you really need to work on your English if it is your working lanaguage. I noted you had realized that and asked for some suggestion. But I do not think it is an appropriate topic here, after all, we are in a CM3 forum.
