Countermeasures against malpractices in professional football in China——Lessons drawn from the ＂Telephone Gate＂ event occurred in class A football league tournament in Italy

Abstract:By referring to the punishment measures taken for the ＂Telephone Gate＂ event occurred in class A football league tournament in Italy, the authors studied and analyzed the prevention of malpractices in professional football in China, and considered that the following methods would be effective： The punishment should be reinforced; fake games should not be punished in a fake way; the Supreme People＇s Court and Supreme People＇s Procuratorate should issue corresponding juridical interpretations; referee professionalization should be implemented; the education of sense of honor or disgrace and professional ethics should be strengthened in order to create a fa- vorable field order for the league tournament.[著者文摘]
