- -自己随意设置了GK DC DRL DM MC MC2 AMC SS ST这几个,根据自己对场上球员定位和需要培养的属性来分好了
再细致点可以对每个球员在个别调整训练= =好吧,这个太吓人了

我在用常老大的训练法,我觉得效果比较显著的,起码我这里的几个24,25的球员,lucas,babel都训练得涨了些,有针对性还是蛮好的,就是一劳永逸的事情,每次买球员回来第一件事就是打开这个帖子来。

原文大概意思:
Training was for a long time highly underdeveloped part of FM series. In previous incarnations, one would simply sign the best possible bunch of available coaches, set the training regimes he made himself or downloaded, and never bothered with it again. With the introduction of Match preparation and individual player's focus, things have changed for the better, and training is less than a no-brainer now. I have devised this short guide to share my experiences and hopefully learn something from your feedback. I am hoping to expand it further based on your feedback and my own ever-growing experience.
训练系统很长一段时间曾经是FM系列的开发重点。在之前的几代FM中,玩家只需要购买能买到的最好的教练,然后自己设置或者下载训练包就可以一劳永逸了。随着比赛准备训练和个别球员的独立训练方式的加入,训练系统得到了改善,它不再属于无脑玩家了。我完成了这篇小指南来分享自己的经验,也希望能从大家的反馈中进一步提高。希望能从大家的反馈和我自己的进一步体验中不断完善这篇指南。

1. Workload
Workload, if I understand it correctly represents two things now. One pertains to the percentage of time in training spent on various different activities (regime training, individual focus, match preparation, new position, and so on), I will call this workload task. The other is the actual workload – how hard and intense a players trains. Workload intensity is set by the training regimes, while the workload tasks are set by introducing individual training tasks, and by the match preparation slider. Workload task function like this: each task entrusted upon a player uses a certain percentage of workload and what is left is spent on regime training. Workload task breakdown can be seen on the player's training tab in the bottom left corner on the screen, while the workload intensity can be found on the same screen in the top left part.
训练强度

1.1. Match preparation
This newly introduced feature allows one to decide what amount of training time will the players spend learning various aspects of the tactics employed, like closing down, marking, passing style and the formation itself. It is a very useful feature, and one which should be used with caution and awareness, as too little time spent on this will result in poor team cohesion, and poor knowledge of the tactics employed, while too much will waste valuable training time that could be better employed elsewhere. The match preparation workload slider has 6 positions:

Very high – 50% of the total workload
High – 40% of the total workload
Average – 30% of the total workload
Low – 20% of the total workload
Very low – 10% of the total workload
None – 0% of the total workload

1.1. 比赛准备

Depending on how many different tactics one is preparing (from one to three), what percentage of workload one is using, and possibly several other factors (I'm still trying to figure these out), the time for a team to master the tactics will differ. Even if one is preparing three different tactics (for example, an attacking one, a defensive one, and a counter-attacking one) it's best not to mix it up too much, as the players will take a longer time to learn the various aspects of different tactics. For example, keeping the same formation, creative freedom and marking settings means that these aspects will only have to be learnt once. The idea is to get your players to learn the tactics as soon as possible, so that they can focus on individual development. By default the slider is at the „average“ position, and I would recommend it left there until all the aspects of the tactics are fluid. At that time, one can reduce the workload to „low“ without the fear of loosing the attained levels of tactical familiarity. If you set it to „none“ (0% total workload), players will slowly start to loose the familiarity with the tactics, so this is highly inadvisable.

If at any point one changes the basic tactical approach, increasing the workload is again warranted, depending on how much the new tactics differs from the old one. In any case, it's important to keep an eye on tactics familiarity, and reduce the workload as soon as all the aspects reach the fluid level and increase it if familiarity levels drop for any reason.
任何时间如果玩家更改了基础战术,那么也必须相应的更改训练时间比例,这取决于新旧战术的差异程度。无论如何,要随时关注阵形的熟练度,一旦所有方面都练满的话就降低,一旦有下降就增加训练时间。

1.2 Individual training focus
This option allows you as a manager to instruct your players with special training focus. You can select one aspect (like composure, crossing or marking), out of 22 available for your players to focus on. This is most useful if you have a player with good overall attributes for a position, but lacking in one or two of the crucial ones. For example a good, fast striker with adequate finishing, but poor composure or the like. So, in addition to training the important attributes through the usual regime training, one can further increase the speed of improvement in a selected area. Individual training focus takes up 10% of the total workload.
1.2 单项训练

1.3 New position
Players can also train to play in new positions. I see two major uses for this option. One is when a high-potential youngster appears at the club as a, for example, DC, but his attributes are better suited for a more offensive role, like a DM. In this case asking him to learn the new position can be highly advantageous in the long run. The second use is when a club is low in finances or can not buy new players for whatever reason, to train a player already in a club to play in a position which is lacking. New position training takes up 10% of the total workload.
1.3新位置训练

1.4. Preferred Moves
Preferred moves are what makes the players in FM world similar in attributes, differ from each other. They can be very useful for a player in a certain position, but can also be useless, sometimes even disadvantageous. Building up your youngsters into a players you would like them to be implies prudent use of this option, but further elaboration is above the scope of this guide. Preferred moves training takes up 20% of the total workload
1.4习惯训练

1.5. Concluding remarks on workload
The basic point of the training is to help your players play better through: Improving their attributes, learning preferred moves and functioning together as a team. Wise manipulation of the workload tasks can achieve his, while ignoring this aspect of the managerial game will see your players not reaching their full potential. My rough guideline is to have at least 70% of the total workload spent on the actual training regimes, the more the better. This means that you will not instruct your player to learn a preferred move, retrain to a new position, set individual focus while learning a new tactics as this will leave little or no time for actual training, and player's attributes will start to decrease. Try to use high levels of match preparation while learning a new tactics first, and after the tactics is fluid, focus on individual improvement.
1.5关于训练强度的推断
训练的基本作用是帮助球员改善以下方面:提高属性、学习新习惯、磨合阵形。对其调整的好可以取得成功,同时,调整的不好也会影响球员的提高和发挥。我的个人建议是尽量保证70%的时间用于基本训练,越多越好。这意味着磨合阵形时不要再让你的球员进行习惯训练、新位置训练或者单项训练,因为那样的话球员无法保证足够的时间进行基础训练,他们的属性就会下降。(我靠,这个太重要了,但是有待小白鼠!!!)刚开始磨合新阵形时将比赛准备设置为(高),当阵形熟练度练满以后再将重点放到单项训练上。

2. Coaches & facilities
Having good coaches and adequate training facilities can be of the great importance in player development. Choosing the right group of coaches can be tough, especially in a club with low income and maximum coaches allowed. There are numerous guides as to how a 5* coach looks like in each category, so google it if you want it, I will provide with some basic guidelines here. Determination, Discipline and Motivation are important for all coaches, while for different types (defense, shooting and so on) one or two additional attributes are primary:

One more important thing is not to overwork your coaches – try to keep their workload on light for best results. Improving training facilities is an important part of the player development, and depending on your own priorities as a manager should be addressed earlier or later. My own suggestion would be to demand improvement from your board as soon as the club accumulates some money, prior to buying a lot of expensive players or improving the stadium. Good facilities can go a long way as they not only improve your training, but also increase the chance of players wanting to join your club and using your state of the art facilities.
还有点重要的是别让教练太累了-保持教练工作量为轻时效果最好。改善训练设施对球员的成长很重要,你可以根据自己的情况尽早或稍晚进行。我的个人建议是一旦俱乐部有了多余的资金就对董事会提出要求,比用这笔钱购买昂贵的球员或者扩建体育场好。好的训练设施带来的好处是长远的,不仅能提高训练效果,还能增加其他球员加入俱乐部的几率。

3. Training regimes
Setting training regimes is the strongest way, besides individual focus, how you can improve your player's attributes. The basic idea is simple: devise a number of schedules for different positions based on what you find are the most important attributes for players playing in that position, while not overworking your team. Nine different training categories (Strength, Aerobic, Shooting and so on) cover all of the players' attributes, and finding the balance you are happy with can be tough. To see which attribute is covered by which category simply hover your mouse over the category name in the training window. You can devise your own or download one of the existing schedules, but in any case try to keep the workload not too demanding. If you train your players too intense, unhappiness, poor levels of fitness and injuries may follow.
3.训练日程表
设置训练日程表和单项训练一样是重中之重,它决定着球员的属性成长。基本原则很简单:根据球员位置的关键属性分别设置不同的训练日程表,但是不要透支。9种不同的训练种类(力量、有氧、射门等等)覆盖了球员的所有属性,但是想找到完美的平衡很难。将鼠标移到训练窗口每一类训练方式的名字上就可以看到它针对了哪几项属性。你可以自己设计也可以下载训练包,但是尽可能别使用高强度训练。因为强度太高会让球员不高兴、体能不足以及受伤。
