解释1：
王睿（?-189年），字通耀，徐州琅琊郡临沂人。
王睿受任为荆州刺史。189年，董卓乱政，长沙太守孙坚出兵讨伐董卓，途经襄阳（王睿的大本营），要求王睿一同出兵。由于王睿与武陵太守曹寅不和，便宣言要孙坚杀死曹寅才会出兵。曹寅怕孙坚真的会杀他，于是伪造“案行使者”的檄文，列举王睿的罪状，叫孙坚逮捕王睿，来个先斩后奏。孙坚误信为真，便返回襄阳，打算擒拿王睿。王睿走投无路，吞金自杀。
其后，王睿的余族到了扬州卢江郡避难。

王睿，男，哈尔滨人，1968年6月生，中国民盟盟员。博士、博士后，教授，博士生导师。2000年入选国家教育部“骨干教师”资助计划，2005年入选国家教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划。中国环境科学学会高级会员，国家自然科学基金项目评审专家。
