I have been using it with Vista on a laptop and on my desktop and is running smoother than ever....I've had the same problem with Vista Beta 2 and fixed by uninstalling the graphic cards drivers and let Vista pick the right ones...
So far I've encountered no compatibility issues with Vista and the vast majority of software/games out on the market (PES 6, Fifa 07, Test Drive Unlimited Beta, The Shield and so on)....
Try exploring the CD and right click on "Setup FM2007 PC" then chose the "run as administrator" option in the menu; that might help you out.
For the Vista basher I suggest to give it a try and you will change your mind...surely is 10 times better and more reliable than XP (3 months no Hiccups or crashes, 2 months on a RC version)...only thing has lost a lot of flexibility and ease of use for the non-expert users.
