New from the last patch (v3.07.3) are:
- Bugfixes to FA cup and Italian cup. Some teams might still occasionally miss the Italian cup, but the cup won't get jammed as earlier.
- Croatian league has 33 rounds instead of 22 (thanks to user prle)
- Other players trials are invisible from the club screen (no more stealing of each others trials in multiplayer)
- No more match reschedulings due to TV coverage
- Human teams are shown with a bit more yellowish colour, even when the manager is on holiday
- Tweaks and adjustments I have forgotten about (like reduced the number of teams from countries with no players in the game)
