CM4训练命令详解!

CM4中的训练发生了很大变化,首先,是训练命令的详解。
Agility(GK)灵活(守门员)
Training with goalkeeping coach to improve reflexes and agility
增加守门员的反应和灵活性(由守门员教练负责)

Distribution(GK)开门球(守门员)
Training with goalkeeping coach to ensure good recycling of possession and improve distribution from goalkicks
增加守门员控球和开门球的能力(由守门员教练负责)

Handling(GK) 球感训练(守门员)
Training with goalkeeping coach to practise positioning and get a feel for the ball
练习守门员的选位和球感(由守门员教练负责)

Shot stopping挡出射门
This exerxise encoursges your goalkeepers to get their body behind the ball and stop powerful shots confidently
增强守门员对射门的球路判断和挡出对方强力射门的信心

Aglity灵活
Although not fitness intensive,your palyers will develop a better fluid motion through running,turning and shifting their body weight. This exercise particularly improves acceleration,balance and coordination.
不是高强度的体能训练,球员可以通过跑步,急转急停来增强身体的协调性。这项训练特别针对改进加速,平衡和协调能力。

Closing-Down Session逼抢
In this exercise, three small sided teams paly within a set perimeter. Two teams attempt to keep hold of the ball whilst the third team endeavours to dispossess them.Constant movemont ensure players will bulid up their stamina and also develop their vision,communication and ball skills.Positional play,tackling and team work will also be improved.
训练中,球员被分为三个小组,并被限制在一定范围里面。其中两组要求尽量控球,第三队要尽力去破坏他们的配合。不断的跑动可以使使球员增加体能,锻炼他们的判断球路的能力,拼抢中的呼应和个人控球技术,同时也加强了球员的位置感、拦截能力以及整体配合。

Heading头球
Heading exercises help your players to strengthen their neck muscles and get distance on headers.AS well as improving their ability to clear the ball quickly and effciently from dangerous situations. your players will get better at flick-ons,knock-downs and scoring headers.
头球训练帮助球员增强他们颈部力量,通过头球来把球尽量顶远。同时也增强了他们在危险情况下快速解围的能力和效率;通过此项训练球员头球摆渡、传球和头球攻门的能力将会增强。

Shadow Play慢节奏训练
This low-pace session,best implemented only a couple of days before a match,literally walks the players through what is expected of them in the next match.As well as getting the players comfortable on the ball,this exercise improves teamwork,decision and movement.
慢节奏的训练是赛前的最佳训练方法,可以使球员慢慢进入比赛状态。同时使球员增加球感,整体配合,比赛中的判断和跑位能力。

Shooting射门
This exercise increaase the awareness of your players in and around the box and your stirkers will gain confidence from hitting the regularly in traing. As well as improving their touch and ability to volley, this session will also encourage your palyers to practise shooting with their weaker foot. Other benefits include inceased composure,anticipation and ability to shoot from distance.
这项训练能增强球员在禁区内和禁区附近的意识,前锋可以根据在同一位置有规律的射门练习而获得信心,也增强了前锋抢点和凌空射门的能力,并训练球员用非擅长脚射门。同时还可以增加球员的在门前的冷静,预判和远射能力。

5-a-side(large pitch) 5人对抗(大场)
small sided games on larger pitches. Though the palyers will tire quicker , they will bulid up stamina, improve their work rate and develop good passing and movement.
把球员分成每5人一组组在大场上比赛。尽管球员很快就会疲劳,但这可以锻炼他们的体力,使他们奔跑更积极并且提高传球以及跑位的质量。

5-a-side(small pitch) 5人对抗(小场)
Small sided games on smaller pitches . Players will improve their marking,movement and ability to think quickly. Outfield players are also encouraged to get plenty of shots on target , enabling goalkeepers to hone their reflexes and pratise one-on-one situations.
把球员分成5人一组在一块小场上比赛。球员可以提高盯人、跑位和快速反应的能力。球员也可以通过多次的射门来提高射门能力,也使守门员有更多的机会练习他们的反应和一对一的能力。

Cross Country野外拉练
Particularly effective during pre-season to get your palyers fit for the campaign ahead ,cross-country tunning improve stamina and encourages weight loss. This exercise is claimed to have a multiplying effect on other aspects of training.
赛季前训练项目,对赛季前球员恢复状态非常有效,可以增强球员的体能和减轻体重。这种训练对于其他项目的训练也有多重影响。

Crosses传中
This exercise encourages your palyers to deliver lofted or driven balls into the box. Your midfield players will be taught to hit the right areas with their crosses and your attackers will learn to time their runs to receive the ball in the best positions.
这种训练可以增强边路球员传中和锋线队员禁区内抢点的能力。中场球员练习在适当的位置起球传中,前锋球员练习如何准确抢点射门。

Overloading(attacking)半场攻防(进攻)
By outnumbering the defence in this exercise, your attackers will be encouraged to make use of the extra men down the flanks and get crosses into the box. Your strikers will improve their movement and get used to finishing off moves.
半场攻防练习,进攻球员多于防守球员,着重于进攻,进攻方会尽量利用多一人的优势来下底传中,前锋将会通过训练来改进他们的跑位并加强移动中的射门能力。

Overloading(denfensive) 半场攻防(防守)
By using more attackers than defenders, this exercise encourages defenders to hold their defensive line and learn which parts of the pitch are most vulnerable to attack. By encouraging tight marking, teamwork and positional play,overlaoding will also improve the link betweemn your goalkeeper and his defence.
半场攻防练习,攻击球员多于防守球员,着重于防守,能够增强防守球员保持防线的能力,并易于了解本队的防守薄弱环节。这种训练可以增强盯人,防线的配合以及后卫选位的能力,还能够加强防守球员与守门员之间的配合。

Penalties点球
Gives your players the opprtunity to pratises and increase taking penalties and increase their composure. This session is most useful before those dreaded penalty shoot-outs in cup competitions.
安排球员练习踢点球以增强队员的点球能力和心理上的沉着冷静,在那些需要点球决胜的杯赛之前进行这样的训练很有作用。

Pig in the Middle抢圈
This moderate session involves several palyers passing the ball amongst themselves within a set perimeter whilst one or two others try to win the ball back. While creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere, your players will particularly improve their anticipation and first touch.
就是我们俗称的“遛猴”,中等强度的训练,球员必须在一定范围内互相传球,有一或两个人负责抢球。这样的训练可以增加训练乐趣和轻松的气氛,同时会增加球员的预见性和一脚出球的能力。

Set Pieces(attacking)定位球(进攻)
In this routine, your players will work on their attacking set pieces for the big match. By training your set piece takers to delivers accurate free-kicks ,corners,penalities and long throws, your team will improve its chances of scoring from these situations.
定位球训练,球员练习比赛中的进攻定位球球。球员在训练中练习发出准确的任意球、角球、点球和远距离界外球,这些练习将增加球队在这些情况下得分的机会。

Set Pieces(defending)定位球(防守)
in this session, both yout goalkeepers and and outfield palyers will pratise defending the the set piece scenarios that occur within a game. This will improve their anticipation, marking and positioning.
防守定位球训练,守门员和其他防守球员模拟实战中的定位球防守练习,此项训练有助于增强球员的预见性,盯人能力和防守选位能力。

Sprints冲刺
sprinting over short distances with lots of repetition, this exercise improve the acceration, pace and balance of your players.
往返短距离冲刺跑,有助于增强球员的加速能力,速度和平衡性。

Tractical Training战术训练
This session is tactics specific and gives the players a chance to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the opposition. This will include watching videos of previous games,studying tactics and identifying danger men. As a very important part preperation for both the team and the individual, players will improve their ability to make decision and work as ateam.
针对战术的专门训练,让球员学会去分析对手的优点和弱点。训练包括观看一些以前比赛的录象,学习战术知识和辨认对手的危险人物。这部分的训练对于球队和球员个人来说都是非常重要的,球员能够增强他们的判断力并增加同全队的配合意识。

Technique技术
This exercise encourages your palyers to improve their ball control, passing and dribbling. Players will work mainly on skill ,using all parts of the body to improve first touch and control.
技术训练有助于增强球员的控球、传球和盘带的能力。球员主要集中精力在技术训练上,用身体上的各个部分来练习停球和控球。

Training Match训练赛
By playing the selrcted first team aginst a seconf string in a full match, this high intensity session will give your players a chance to play together but is also guaranteed to tire them out. Amongst other things, this exercise improves passing, communication and positioning.
让主力球员和替补球员进行一场完整的比赛,这种高强度的训练能够使球员有机会一起配合,但也会导致他们疲劳。除此之外,此项训练可以改进传球,比赛中的沟通能力和位置感。

Weight Training力量训练
Weight training bulids up muscle definition, including the hamstrings, calf, upper body and neck muscles. At low intensity it can reduce a player’s chance of injury,but too much weight training can result in loss of balance, mobility and pace.
力量训练可以增强肌肉,这包括膝部、小腿、上身和颈部。进行这种训练可以减轻球员受伤的机会,不过过于频繁的力量训练会导致球员的平衡能力,灵活性和速度下降。

Rest休息
Give your palyers a break.  
让球员休息。

      从这些复杂的训练选项中可以看出,CM4在对待训练的态度上有了比较重大的变化,不重视训练将使你的球队受到重创,训练已经成为一支球队水平的重要提高手段。训练项目应当随着赛季的变化而进行调整,主要可以分为以下几个阶段:

     一、季前准备期,即Pre-Season,在准备期内,球员状态、体能普遍较差,因此重点应当放在调整队员状态,增强队员体能储备上,因此,可以多安排一些身体训练。前期应以Cross Country为主,辅以Weight Training,以迅速使球员找回状态,调整身体,队员身体状态达到一定要求之后,可以安排Sprints、Agility、5-a-side (large pitch)等训练以增加体能,也可以安排一些Training Match,注意应穿插Pig in the Middle使球员找回球感。

     二、在战术准备期内,大家可以根据自己的战术情况、执教球队的强弱来安排训练,以弥补自己的防守弱点,加强进攻利器,训练安排因队而异,就不多说了。但要注意的是,CM4在球队和球队的具体设置中,很明显加强了Cross和Set Piece的分量,因此大家可以在这些方面多下功夫,相信会有重要作用。

     三、赛季进行中,重点在于保证队员状态,可以适当减少体能训练,尤其是在比赛密集期而你的球员储备又不很丰富的时候,可以取消Training Match,而适当的Weight Training可以帮助你的队伍减少伤兵。建议在比赛后安排Tractical Training,增强队员的战术意识,这里有一个疑问,Tractical Training的解释是“watching videos of previous games”那么对接下来的一场比赛有什么帮助,如何“identifying danger men”是个问题,大家可以发表一下自己的见解。在赛季中,你还可以通过比赛的具体情况,分析球队的主要丢球情况、主要进球手段,可以在训练中对丢球情况进行针对性的弥补,对进球手段进行更好的提高。

      CM4中仍然可以根据球员的位置不同安排不动的训练项目,但应当注意的是,为了使训练更加有效,最好把需要集体合练的项目比如“Overloading、Closing-Down Session”等等安排在同一时间段内进行。此外,Pig in the Middle是个好东西,有助于增加训练乐趣和放松训练气氛,在任何阶段都是必不可少的。

      总之,CM4的训练项目很复杂,很繁琐,训练的项目也根据不同的人员配备、不同的赛季时期而发生变化。本文意在抛砖引玉,希望能引出更多、更精彩的训练方法!
