四.PROCEDURE
操作步骤
概述General:
1. 飞机停放在正常位置(顶风停放),可以承受135海里/小时的风。
1. When you point the airplane directly into the wind, and the airplane is in the correct configuration, it will be resistant to 135-knot winds.
2. 停放在干燥地面时,可承受100海里/小时或更小的风
2. On a dry surface, with the airplane at maximum taxi weight, the airplane can be resistant to side winds that are 100-knots or less (Figure 201).
3. 停放在湿润地面时,可承受90海里/小时或更小的风
3. On a wet surface, with the airplane at maximum taxi weight, the airplane can be resistant to side winds that are 90-knots or less (Figure 201).
步骤:
警告:在断开拖杆和牵引车前,必须拆除前起落架转弯的锁定销,防止飞机在风中摇摆和人员的损伤,设备的损坏。
WARNING: REMOVE THE LOCKOUT PIN FOR THE NOSE GEAR STEERING BEFORE YOU DISENGAGE THE TOW BAR AND TUG. YOU MUST DO THIS TO PREVENT THE
AIRPLANE FROM SWINGING IN THE WIND. INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO
EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
(1) 停放飞机.
(1) Park the airplane (PAGEBLOCK 10-11-01/201).
(2) 装上进口插头和盖子.
(2) Install the inlet plugs and the covers.
(3)移动前缘和后缘襟翼至FLAP UP位置来降低升力.
(3) Move the leading and the trailing edge flaps to the FLAP UP position to decrease lift
(PAGEBLOCK 27-51-00/201 and PAGEBLOCK 27-81-00/201).
(4)把在控制台上的位置配平指示器移动至3单位(中立位置)。
(4) Move the trim position indicator on the control stand to 3 units.
注:这将会把安定面前缘移至水平位置。
NOTE: This will move the stabilizer leading edge to the horizontal position.
(5) 如果移动了电源控制组件,在控制表面上安装地面锁.
(5) If you remove the power control units for the flight control surfaces, install the ground locks on the control surfaces.
(a) 飞行控制地面锁包括以下:
(a) The flight control ground locks include the following:
_方向舵锁Rudder Actuator Lock, SPL-5075
_ 左外升降舵锁left outboard elevator lock, SPL-5059
_ 右外升降舵锁right outboard elevator lock, SPL-5060
_ 内升降舵锁组件inboard elevator lock assembly, SPL-5058
(6) 确保飞机总重和重心能在预计的风速和地面坡度的限制范围内
(6) Make sure the airplane gross weight and center of gravity (cg) is correct for the anticipated wind gust velocity and ramp surface condition (Figure 201):

NOTE: You can get this load with different configurations. Use different configurations of fuel in the main and the center wing section tanks (PAGEBLOCK 12-11-01/301 Config 1), and
ballast in the lower cargo hold. Use the WBM D043U to calculate the correct loads
necessary to get the specified airplane weight and balance condition.
(a)在当前飞机轮胎地面摩擦状态下,在最大重心和最小重心条件下,在图表上找到飞机最大重量条件下对应的值。
(a) Locate points on the graph for a maximum weight airplane at maximum and minimum CG
for your tire-to-ground friction conditions.
注:除非其它摩擦力系数是有效的,使用冰面,潮湿地面或干燥地面最低摩擦系数。
NOTE: Unless other friction data is available, use the friction coefficient at the lower end
of the icy, wet or dry ranges.
(b)在当前飞机重心,摩擦系数和刹车状态下,使用两个飞机重心值之间的数值来计算飞机最大重量下的风速
(b) Interpolate between the two CG’s to determine the wind speed for a maximum weight
airplane at your CG, friction coefficient and brake conditions.
(c)在当前飞机轮胎地面摩擦状态下,在最大重心和最小重心条件下,在图表上找到飞机最小重量条件下对应的值。
(c) Locate points on the graph for a minimum weight airplane at maximum and minimum CG
for your tire-to-ground friction conditions.
(d)在当前飞机重心,摩擦系数和刹车状态下,使用两个飞机重心值之间的数值来计算飞机最小重量时的风速。
(d) Interpolate between the two CG’s to determine the wind speed for a minimum weight
airplane at your CG, friction coefficient and brake conditions.
(e) 在当前飞机重心,摩擦系数和刹车状态下,在最大飞机重量的风速和最小飞机重量的风速之间,选择当前的飞机重量对应的风速。
(e) Use the weight of your airplane to interpolate wind speed between maximum and minimum
airplane weight wind speeds at your CG, friction coefficient and brake conditions.
(f) 实际风速超过计算值的需要系留或者放停留刹车。实际风速低于计算值的飞机不需要 系留
(f) Wind speeds above the one you identify will require the airplane to be moored or the
parking brake to be set. Wind speeds below the one you identify do not require the airplane
to be moored.
参考:对于747飞机,在无冰,强风降雨,停留刹车已经设置的条件下,35节以上的风速需系留。
REF:TO 747 aircraft,the condition that the wind speed is more than 35 knots is need to Install tether straps with no ice wet and high wind,parking brake being set for parking.
(7) 增压4号液压系统.
(7) Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (PAGEBLOCK 29-11-00/201).
(8)设置停留刹车.
(8) Set the parking brakes:
(a) 接通电瓶电门.
(a) Turn the battery switch on.
(b) 把备用电源电门设置为AUTO.
(b) Set the standby power switch to AUTO.
(c)关闭以下电路跳开关.
(c) Close this circuit breaker:

(d) 完全按压方向舵踏板,且推上控制台上的停留刹车杆.
(d) Push the toe of the rudder pedals fully and pull on the parking brake lever on the control
stand.
(e) 在移动停留刹车杆前,释压刹车踏板.
(e) Remove the pressure from the brake pedals before you let go of the parking brake lever.
(f) 确认EICAS上显示PARKING BRAKE SET的指示信息.
(f) Make sure that a PARKING BRAKE SET indication comes into view on the EICAS screen.
警戒:确认轮挡正确放置.如果轮挡没有正确放置,在强风时飞机会移动,会造成飞机损坏.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE WHEEL CHOCKS ARE CORRECTLY INSTALLED. IF THE WHEEL CHOCKS ARE NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED, THE AIRPLANE CAN MOVE
DURING HIGH WINDS. DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE CAN OCCUR.
(g) 在所有主起落架轮子上放置轮挡防止前后移动.
(g) Put the chocks on all main gear wheels to prevent movement in the forward and the aft
direction.
注: 如果停机坪没有坡度:移开前起落架轮后部的轮挡。在加油的时候,随着主起落架减震器压缩,前起落架轮子会向后移动。确保轮挡没有接触到主起落架轮子。燃油的重量会压低飞机并造成轮子压住轮挡
NOTE: If the ramp does not slope: Move the aft NLG chocks away from the tires. During
the refuel, the NLG tires roll aft as the MLG shock absorber compresses. Make
sure that the chocks do not touch the MLG tires. The weight of the fuel can lower
the aircraft and cause the tires to catch the chocks.
注:如果停机坪有坡度:确保前起落架和主起落架轮子下方的轮挡接触到轮子。确保前起落架和主起落架轮子上方的轮挡没有接触到轮子
NOTE: If the ramp slopes: Make sure that the chocks down from the tires touch the NLG
and MLG tires. Make sure that the chocks up from the tires do not touch the NLG
and MLG tires.
(h) 用带子把前后轮挡弄在一起.
(h) Connect the forward and the aft chocks together with a strap.
(i) 保持使用停留刹车,除非刹车温度指示器显示过热.
(i) Keep the parking brake set unless the brake temperature indicator shows an overheat
light.
警戒:当刹车过热时,不要保持使用停留刹车.当刹车在使用且过热时,刹车可能不会释放.
CAUTION: DO NOT LET THE PARKING BRAKES STAY APPLIED WHEN YOU HAVE HOT
BRAKES. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE BRAKES WILL NOT RELEASE WHEN THEY
ARE APPLIED WHILE THEY ARE HOT.
(j) 如果刹车过热,仅当放好轮挡后释放停留刹车.
(j) If the brakes become too hot, release the parking brake only after the installation of the
chocks.
注:为了释放停留刹车,在方向舵踏板上加底座的压力然后再释放底座的压力.
NOTE: To release the parking brake, apply toe pressure on the rudder pedals and then
release the toe pressure.
(k) 把备用电源电门设置至OFF位.
(k) Set the standby power switch to OFF.
(l)如有必要,关闭电瓶电门.
(l) Turn the battery switch off, if it is not necessary.
(9) 如果拆除了发动机,连上一个和发动机重量相等的装置.
(9) If you removed the engines, attach concrete blocks that are approximately equal to the weight of the engines (PAGEBLOCK 71-00-02/401).
(10) 关闭并锁上所有的外部门,,舱口和接近面板
(10) Close and latch all the external doors, the hatches, and the access panels.
(11) 移除所有工作台和可移动的物体.
(11) Remove all the stands and moveable objects from the area.
注:飞机顶风区域是最需保持清洁的重要区域
NOTE: The area upwind of the airplane is the most important area to keep clean.
