Barcelona board spokesman Toni Freixa says Arsenal are unwilling to negotiate a deal with the La Liga champions over the sale of Cesc Fabregas.
The 23-year-old, who began his career with Barcelona before joining Arsenal as a 16-year-old in September 2003, has been heavily linked with a return to his former club throughout the summer, with the Catalans openly confirming their interest in the World Cup winner on a number of occasions.
