I Cant install FM 2010

I cant install fm 2010 . I am using vista home premium. 64 Bits

I mount the iso file. and when i run.. i say incompatible.
I tried to change to compatibiliy of the setup file.. but is not working

anyone can help ?

I cannot even get in the installation page.

I click on Setup.exe

and then i get this msg
