请问“战术下载－大名鼎鼎的cmfaq训练计划”怎么用啊？

里面的readme里的（4）的"training activity"是指什么？然后后面的“Drag it onto all days(weekends) except Saturday and Sunday.”里的“it”指的什么？
那位能详细的解释一下啊？

Installation
\------------\

1) Insert "CMFAQSchedule.tat" into your folder.

eg C:\Program Files\Eidos Interactive\CM4\data\training folder.

2) Load your CM game. Go to Training screen >> Schedules.

3) Click New and Type Training System and confirm by clicking OK.

4) A new training activity should be available(The one you created)

Points To Remember
------------------

Drag it onto all days(weekends) except Saturday and Sunday.
Rest them on late afternoon on Wednesday.

Final Touches
--------------
Go to 'Overview' screen and click First Team.
Choose Training System and click OK.

IT就是指那个训练计划。。。

把那个文件放到CM4\data\training folder

然后按照他说的做就可以了
TRAINING--Schedules--NEW 再选那个训练就
可以了
星期3下午不训练
