Good day (or rather evening)!
I would like to inform you that the work under Scout is going normally. As of now, the program is in the stage of the limited beta-test. When all the critical errors are fixed, the first public beta-version is going to be released.
I confirm that the Scout version which spread through the Net (limited beta 2 build 83) is an official beta, but made for limited use. I can not guarantee its workability. It's still not advanced enough and contains too many errors to make it open. Nevertheless, many people found it extremely useful.
I would like to thank everyone for your support and understanding.

PS. And I would also like to thank all the fair people who made the 'beta-beta' Scout with a ton of errors avalible to everybody. It's thanks to them I have my e-mail overloaded with a number of dump files of repeating errors of the version.

大家好（或者说是晚上好） （看来他还是知道很多中国玩家在彻夜等待）
我想告诉大家Scout的开发正在正常（我觉得应该用slowly!）的进行中。到现在为止，程序还处在beta版本的测试阶段。当所有的严重错误得以解决之后，第一个公开的beta版本将会和大家见面。
我很肯定的告诉大家网上传播的scout版本（limited beta 2 build 83）是官方的beta版本，但是仅限于有限的使用。我不能保证没有问题。（问题可多了好不好！）这个版本不是最新的（看来他还窝藏了最新的版本，天杀的！）并且有许多错误。不过，很多人认为它还是非常有用的（又在自夸）。
我（再一次的）感谢大家的支持和理解。

PS. 我非常感谢那些把这个有大量错误的"beta-beta"版传播开的哥们儿。由于这些哥们儿的努力，我的邮箱挤爆了关于这个版本各种错误的垃圾邮件。
哪位兄弟麻烦告诉我801beta1（第一次公开的beta版）开档的存档，能不能用这个beta版读？
