我也遇到过，是选REAL的时候 RONALDO也是认为西班牙裁判VICTIM他
要转会！
当时我不让他转，结果每场比赛上场得分很底，最高才7 分！好象就3，4次7分的样子。
等SEASON结束后把他买了，结果队友们又闹意见！

平时一样作主力，我有个赛季三个主力全部要求转会
我就这么处理的
过了一年多才好，主动要求不转会

多打比赛，我觉得不影响状态的，否决所有转会，过3、4个月他就自己要求从转会名单上撤下来了

没事，你同意挂他，但有俱乐部开价，你就要个别人买不起的高价，然后打上一个赛季，他自然就happy to stay at the club了
