Make sure you have the official 3.9.68 patch applied, just unzip the files to
your data folder and you're good to go!

Using this database with Tapani's patch
1) Download the Tapani tools
2) Unrar the files then launch cmpatcher-3.06.2.exe. It should automatically find cm0102.exe. If not, put it in the same folder as it (remember you need v3.9.68 of the game). Choose the settings you like then click OK.
3) Launch cmdbtapanify.exe, located in the cmdbtapanify folder, go to the folder where you copied the September database then choose index.dat. Click OK when it prompts you too.
The database is now compatible with Tapani's v3.06 patch.
4) Play the game !
NB: You may wonder what the other files present in the Tapani tools folder are.
- Cmdbsort.exe in a program that corrects index errors in the game. It won't hurt if you run this tool (before cmdbtapanify.exe), just point to index.dat.
- Cm0607ed.EXE is a modified version of the editor that, upon other adjustments, allows history editing up to 2006. After you made the database compatible with Tapani's patch, you can use it to edit whatever you like.
Taking a look at the ReadMe is of course recommended.
