I played with Ajax and won dutch premiership and Ch League in my first year, in the final beating Inter 4-0!The player between defensive midfield and forwards must have really good mental abilities, especially flair. Theoretically he must have good crossing as well, but Rafael v.d. Vaart did it with just 11. One of strikers must have really good heading and finishing abilities, another speed and pace (I suggest Martin Mandra from Argentinean Gimnasia LP, he wants not so much, but really good and was chosen player of the year in his first season.
