Pre season Schedule

SUN Rest Technique Sprints
MON Pig in the Middle 5 a-side Large Overload DEF
TUE Agility Closing Down Technique
WED Pig in the Middle Sprints 5 a-side Large
THU Closing Down 5 a-side Small Overload ATT
FRI Technique Overload DEF Pig in the Middle
SAT Pig in the Middle 5 a-side Large :oops: Rest
General Schedule

Note: No shadowplay or Training Match. I dont feel these are beneficial enough, the tactical training should give them enough info on the next opposition without a walkthrough, and besides we concentrate on our own game, not theirs!!! Although i might try out shadow play or something on a thursday afternoon
