England coach Brian Eastick has named his 18-man squad for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship finals in Ukraine.

Prolific Ranger
Eastick has included Danny Rose, currently at the U21 finals, and a player who was also selected for Sweden only to be forced to withdraw through injury – Daniel Welbeck. Nile Ranger is included after scoring four times in the Elite round, where England won all three contests against Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovakia and Scotland. Eastick's side will face hosts Ukraine, Slovenia and Switzerland at the finals which kick off on 21 July.

Goalkeepers: Jason Steele (Middlesbrough FC), Ben Amos (Manchester United FC).

Defenders: Gavin Hoyte (Arsenal FC), Nathan Baker (Aston Villa FC), Joe Mattock (Leicester City FC), Martin Kelly (Liverpool FC), Kyle Walker (Sheffield United FC), Kieran Trippier (Manchester City FC).

Spain coach Luis Milla has named a provisional 22-man squad for this summer's UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Ukraine.

Talented group
Milla will put the party through its paces in a Madrid training camp before selecting his final, 18-man cut. Club Atlético de Madrid pair of goalkeeper David de Gea and U19 captain and midfielder Ignacio Camacho are almost certain to make it, as are Arsenal FC's Fran Mérida and Real Murcia CF's Daniel Aquino having contributed nine goals between them in qualifying. The tournament kicks off on 21 July, when La Roja take on Turkey in Mariupol; Serbia and France complete a tough-looking Group B.

Just 24 hours after naming his provisional 22-man party for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Ukraine, Spain coach Luis Milla has suffered a heavy blow after influential captain Ignacio Camacho was ruled out of the finals.

Mayor replacement
The midfielder has been forced to withdraw from the squad due a hip problem, with employers Club Atlético de Madrid confirming he will undergo surgery to heal a form of arthritis in his right joint. Spain have called up Real Zaragoza defender Ramiro Mayor, 18, as a replacement. Milla will confirm his final 18-man squad before the tournament kicks off on 21 July, when La Roja take on Turkey in Mariupol; Serbia and France complete a tough-looking Group B.
