This patch combines changes in the executable with a matching database, so yes, the database needs to be "Tapanified" before using with the, new, modded exe.

In a final release I will document all the changes needed (mostly names of leagues/clubs and number of teams in leagues). Same with the new tactics, the editor will still show "5-3-2" while that now corresponds to 5-4-1. I have some documentation of the new tactics, but not sure how up to date it is (quite I think).
