从国外论坛找到的，现在最炙手可热的FM2012的4个训练包。

1。Maestro Ugo’s FM 2012 Training Schedules
Senior schedules:
MU – GK: for keepers
MU – FB: for fullbacks
MU – WB: for wingbacks
MU – DC: for central defenders
MU – DM: for defensive midfielders and defence oriented MCs
MU – AM: for attacking midfielders and attack oriented MCs
MU – WG: for wingers
MU – ST(fast): for fast, poaching type strikers
MU – ST(strng): for strong, target man type strikers

各自有各自的特点。不好说。
MU的可能名气比较大，估计2011的时候就有人推荐过。
Ajinkx的很细，虽然麻烦，但是效果不错。
训练包不一定合适所有的球员。
