现在有几种方案，大侠们帮我看看哪种最好
1、Party A offer for each order 1% parts free of charge by the annual quota;2% parts FOC for the excess part between 1% and 20%, 5% parts FOC for the excess part above 20%.
2、f the purchasing amounts from part B to part A reached the annual quota, part A will provide extra 1% of products to part B FOC
If the purchasing amounts from part B to part A exceeded the annual quota between 1% and 20%, part A will provide extra 1% products with additional 2% of products that exceeded the quota FOC.
If the purchasing amounts from part B to part A exceeded the annual purchasing quota more than 20%,part A will provide extra 1% products with additional 2% of the products that exceeded the quota for the first 20%, and will add-on another 5% of the products that beyond 20% FOC.
