Squad of 24 train on TuesdayPreparations for the Reds' Champions League Group C fixture against Bursaspor continued on Tuesday morning when 24 United players - including striker Wayne Rooney - taking part in a training session at Carrington.
ManUtd.com, alongside a host of national and international media, were invited to the club's training ground to watch the first 15 minutes. The 21 outfield players split into two groups for some possession work (a game known at United as "boxes") before first-team fitness coach Tony Strudwick led an energetic warm-up and stretching session.
Ryan Giggs and Bebe are both nursing minor injuries at the moment so did not take part, while Jonny Evans was also absent. It's believed Evans may also be carrying a knock.
Sir Alex and John O'Shea will field questions at a UEFA press conference held at Old Trafford at 14:00 BST on Tuesday, ahead of Turkish champions Bursaspor's visit on Wednesday night (kick-off: 19:45 BST).
