关于runs with ball often和runs with ball down left/right

看到编辑器里有runs with ball often和runs with ball down left/right/though the centre四个习惯，不知道runs with ball often和其他三个有没有什么区别，不会只是单纯的三合一而已吧

以前的习惯里应该没有runs with ball often这条吧
