Regards Fabregas PA I think its about right, he doesn't have the physical attributes to be any higher really, I think your qualm is probably more that the other players are over-rated, which isn't up for discussion here.
Traore was rated by the Portsmoth researcher, I believe his CA is a bit better than Gibbs, which is probably fair as he has more experience.
Wengers formation is set as 4-3-3, but the backroom advice is simply coming up with formations it thinks would be fit
Vermaelen is the only player who is likely to have a big change for any patches (yes patches for this game), I think the others are an accurate represenation, there may well be adjustments seeing on how things pan out.
