TFM Genie Scout 2009oday a new important campaign has started. We have set our primary goal to clean out Scout’s reputation as a cheating program which kills interest to play the game. In other words, starting from today, FM Genie Scout is regarded as an instrument to get the deepest knowledge about your own team, players and staff in borders limited by the game. It means that some of ‘cheater’ attributes like Current and Potential Ability, Sale Value, Consistency, Versatility etc. are not available from now on. Yet you can find suitable players for your team basing on Positional rating, competent staff by Training rating, observe the hot prospects’ progress (or senior stars’ regress) with an option to regularly save the game’s information with an interval you can choose yourself and pick the best tactics for your team considering your current players list. By the way, the tactics list is extended to 25 schemes (the new ones from FM 2009 have been added).
However, the most expecting users can still use all the old program options without limits to make even deeper analysis of the game by supporting the project with a voluntary donation of at least $10. To get the so-called Extended Edition of FM Genie Scout 2009, you must download the standard version and follow the instructions given in the Donate menu. I hope that your support will help the project develop much more.
There are some special aspects we’d like you to understand. First, Sale Value attribute is not always trustworthy, which is because of the transfer system being totally revamped in FM 2009. However, this parameter is more relevant than Value. Second, the new potential attribute and rating calculation algorithm has been written from scratch. Attributes’ different importance in Potential Ability growth and on different positions is now considered, as is Current Ability possible maximum of growth depending on age (you won’t see older players with Potential Rating being higher than Current Rating).
It should be mentioned that this release of FM Genie Scout 2009 is the most complete in comparison to the other pre-releases of the program, so the first version already has the status of Release Candidate. While testing, the maximum attention was concentrated on compatibility with FM 2009’s database structure. The Scout has only been tested on FM 2009 version 9.1 and in the future will support only the latest version of the game. However, there can still be errors in the program, so if a game can’t be loaded, please send me the dump-file containing the error message. It’s easy to do now with a new Report Bug option in the program itself. Also, the compressed games will not be supported until the final release. The program will give you instructions on how to turn off the compression.
I hope that with your support, the final release will be out until too long and the program will continue its development in the future.
The main changes in the new FM Genie Scout 2009 are:
- player’s ability to use both feet is now considered in the rating calculation;
- coefficients of the attributes’ importance in positional rating have been changed;
- the attributes now use 100-points system, so that the rating calculation is even more precise;
- the best and the worst attributes are now highlighted;
- potential attributes and rating calculation system is modified (see above);
- 25 tactical schemes are in the list now;
- interface is now totally Unicode-friendly, including the name search;
- Ribbon-controls are now present, the main search elements are in the window header, broader options to set up the external view of the program;
- Search engine has been changed;
- detailed hints to different parameters and attributes have been implemented.
[ 本帖最后由 godheart 于 2008-12-12 04:07 PM 编辑 ] 真想骂人 我试试... 兄弟们继续破解吧~俺们中国人奇强 其实也就是稍微麻烦一点儿，因为最重要的按属性搜索的功能已经有了，隐藏属性反正别的工具也能看得到。以前之所以用它是因为游戏里头的搜索功能不能搜索到全部球员，而其他工具不提供按属性搜索…… 等破解的高人 下两个软件一起用就行了 竟然收费了

同，其实除了个别的小妖，不是很关心CA和PA的，评分高的肯定不会太差:lol 字体问题从上一代就开始了，其实只要把language目录下的语言文件删除就可以解决。
