浅谈cm中的教练报告
首先，评价的构成有以下几个部分组成：（1）对球员的总体评价，由低到高依次如下：
is a useful player ,he doesn’t think he’s good enough to hold down a
regular first team place;
is a solid member of the first-team and adds depth to the squad;
is a versatile member of our squad;
consider xxx to be a key player in the team already;
playing an important role for the club;
his presence in the first team is of great benefit to the club;
（2）对球员的一些特别的地方，像是工作效率等：
also reflects favourably on xxx’s consistency and his high work-rate;
（3）球员的专长：
is an excellent corner taker;
while pointing out that the player is a free-kick specialist;
points out that the player is an expert in dead-ball；
points out that the player is a good penalty-taker;
这一部分很重要，因为你可以注意让那些擅长发定位球的球员各尽所能。
（4）球员的缺陷：（一般不多见）
warns that the player is considered to be unable to handle pressure;
warns that the player is considered to be lazy and highly strung;
warns that the player is consedered to be lacking in determination;
warns that the player is consedered to be unprofessional;
好，一般教练对那种世界巨星的评价会带上如下字眼：
is a big fans of xxx;
is a keen admirer of xxx;
对那种对球队作过重大贡献的老球员，他们会说：
is a big fans of xxx who despite his age still has wonderful talent;
对那种正直当打之年，且是世界巨星，他们会说：
has his best years ahead of him and we must strive to keep him at the
club,also reflects favourably on xx’s consistency and his leadship;
我队中有一个国内和世界的reputation很高的队员，他是我青年队培养起来的，
创造意大利国家队最年轻纪录的球员，一直在队中，所以他的评价就会有如下字
眼reliable：
reliable xxx has firmly established himself as a good first team player
and feels he will feature heavily in the club’s drive for success;
对年轻的希望之星，他们会说：
thinks we have a talented youngster in xxx;
对球员对俱乐部的贡献他们会说：
reckons xxx is a uesful member of out squad ,whose experience is an
asset to the club;
creative xxx’s versatility is an invaluable asset for the club;
有一定潜力的新星：
has shown a great deal of potential,he recommends that the talented xxx
is given his share of first team football in order to aid his
development;
我用教练报告一般有以下几个目的：
（1）队中有球员合同快到期，是续签还是放走，这时教练报告会告诉你是应该让
他另谋高就还是将其留下。
（2）对于队中工资很高的老队员，他是不是已经过气了，你也可以从评价中找到
回答。
（3）对于队中年轻的预备队的队员，他的发展前景究竟如何，是不是可以提拔到
一线队打主力了，也可以参考。

playing an important role for the club;应当在俱乐部中扮演一个重要的角色
his presence in the first team is of great benefit to the club;她在一线队中的存在对于整个俱乐部是非常有益的
（2）对球员的一些特别的地方，像是工作效率等：

经常表现出一贯的稳定性(坚韧作风)以及高昂的工作效率
（3）球员的专长：
is an excellent corner taker;杰出的角球专家
while pointing out that the player is a free-kick specialist;指出该队员是一个任意球专家
points out that the player is an expert in dead-ball；指出该队员是一个能改变场上局面的专家(不是很肯定.应该是说这个球员是精神核心)
points out that the player is a good penalty-taker;好的点球手
这一部分很重要，因为你可以注意让那些擅长发定位球的球员各尽所能。
（4）球员的缺陷：（一般不多见）
warns that the player is considered to be unable to handle pressure;警告该队员的承受压力的能力比较欠缺(例如 代丝勒)
warns that the player is considered to be lazy and highly strung;该队员不积极(懒惰)和非常敏感较为冲动
warns that the player is consedered to be lacking in determination;当机立断的能力缺乏
warns that the player is consedered to be unprofessional;作风一点也不职业.应该是那些work rate可怜的人
好，一般教练对那种世界巨星的评价会带上如下字眼：
is a big fans of xxx;
is a keen admirer of xxx;这两个就不翻译了.地球人都知道0=042
对那种对球队作过重大贡献的老球员，他们会说：
is a big fans of xxx who despite his age still has wonderful talent;尽管她的年龄大了.但是仍然表现出杰出的能力.
对那种正直当打之年，且是世界巨星，他们会说：
has his best years ahead of him and we must strive to keep him at the

正值巅峰时期.我们必须努力将他留在队中.其稳定性和领导才能显而易见

眼reliable：

值得信赖的xxx坚定地将自己塑造成为一个优秀的一线队员.而且感觉到他将会为俱乐部获取胜利起重要作用
对年轻的希望之星，他们会说：

对球员对俱乐部的贡献他们会说：
reckons xxx is a uesful member of out squad ,whose experience is an
asset to the club;猜想xxx是我们队的有用的一员.他的经验对俱乐部是有用的

有一定潜力的新星：

显示出了许多潜力,他建议为了其潜力的进一步发掘.应该多参与一线队
