求助：英冠比赛用什么阵型好

我刚玩FM，以前都是玩的CM
踢了两天，用过南安普顿，水晶宫，谢周三等队
发现用什么阵型都不行，通病就是进攻能力弱，防守一般
和任何球队踢的适合，感觉对方都是冲超热门，汗个
各位老鸟有好的阵型或好点意见指导下不？

Besides, you can type in chinese... the only reason I have to respond in English is because I cannot type Chinese here...
