Tapani Patch3.09简易安装版+4月更新包+本多RURU媒体更新(5.3上传)
由于Tapani Patch3.09的更新补丁（http://www.champman0102.co.uk/Forums/viewforum.php?f=41）安装较为麻烦，在此小弟特意制作了一个简易安装版，（无改动，与原版无区别，只是方便安装而已）。下载地址:http://free5.ys168.com/?cm3fans
安装说明：覆盖至游戏根目录即可，如有问题请跟贴反应；游戏稳定性已经过测试，不容置疑。

Installation

1. Extract the files to you Data folder
2. Run cmpatcher-3.07.exe and select your settings
3. Enable NT or 98 compatibility mode if using windows XP
If you at some point want to change settings, just run the patcher again and change.
(The settings will be effective in new games created)

Game start year has not been tested enough, so it is disabled in this preview version
Game speed determines how fast the game will go compared to the original
Idle sensitivity determines how much cpu cm will take when idle. Use default if you are
hosting network games. The other settings are for temperature controlled fans and
laptops.
default is 95-100%
desktop is 20%
laptop is 5%
extreme is 3%
(on my computer)
Disable unprotected contracts, leave unchecked if you prefer the rules as they are.
Enable harder AI tactics, making the computers a bit more challenging
Enable coloured attributes, higher values are redder - recommended! Once you get
used to this, you don't want to go back.
Changes

- "October crash" solved (use Windows NT or 98 compatibility mode).
- More national teams manageable (only 30 players required instead of 150)
- Some WC 2006 teams are hard coded to qualify
- A proper message loop, CM will not take 100% CPU when idle (nice for laptops and temperature controlled fans)
- Attribute colors changed, higher values are redder and lower grayer
- Changed competitions structures (Italian series A and B, France, Holland, Brazil, Croatia, Greece..) changed to correct nof teams
- Italian Serie A scandal point reductions in place
- Improved computer tactics (optional)
- Proper timing of mouse click delays (not machine dependent)
- CPU Idle when CM idle - great for laptops! (optional)
- Harmonization of match days in England (as many simultaneous as possible)
- Rescheduling of most competitions in Brazil due to league and format changes
- Renamed English leagues and german Bundesliga
- History of all players to 2006 (no more 'recently purchased')
- Reduced the effect of cheat codes
- Fixed bug with non-public transfer bids. Non-public bids are now secret (to AI, and other players) as intended.
- Readjusted finances in England below Premiership.
- Start year 2006
- Game exits by top right X
- Faster gameplay and matches (optional)
- English Conference North playable
- Loans allowed between clubs in English Premier
- Adjusted finances in England
- Players are no longer completely untrained when starting a new game
- PageDown key forces continue (useful in multiplayer)
- Removed month-to-month contract abuses
- Improved regen physical/mental attribute code
- Many more small changes

If you just want to edit the accompanying database, it is preferred to use the editor
found in the Tools folder.
In order for your database to work with this one you need to do the following:
* Make sure that the right number of teams are set to belong to the leagues
- Brazilian ND1 and ND2 (20 teams)
- Croatian First, Second North and Second South (12 each)
- Dutch 1st division (20 teams)
- English Northern Premier (22 teams)
- English Conference (24 teams)
- French 1st and 2nd division (20 each)
- Italian serie A and B (20 and 22)
- Greek PRM has 16 teams
* Rename the leagues as done in my database
- English D1,D2,D3 should be Championship, League One and Two
- English Northern/Southern Premier should be Conference North/South
- German Premier is German Bundesliga
* The .pct files provided with my database should reside in the data directory
* Preferred formations in the editor are no longer the same, see TACTICS.txt
* If you think you have an update that could be added to the database provided here,
please contact me! (URL at the end)
* Give credits to whomevers work you use. Do not distribute my patch in your own name

应该差不多出了，外国有人做，到时候整合一下就OK了 刚出来我就装了试过,除了数据库其他区别不大,不过貌似电脑AI变简单了
