关于教练能力值与训练项目的关系

在置顶帖子里一篇很详细的攻略里面中有提到，教练能力值和训练项目的关系:
General----- Coaching Outfield Players + Adaptability
Fitness-----Coaching Outfield Players +Discipline
Shooting----Coaching Outfield Players
Skills------Coaching Outfield Players +Working with Youngsters
Tactics-----Coaching Outfield Players+ Tactical Knowledge
Gk----------Coaching Goalkeepers

那我想知道这些教练能力值要在多少以上才能通过训练提高球员的能力

我用豪门不能低于18
